Squatmelt Art for Howard Kremer's Comedy Crawl

Last year, the Meltdown Comics and Collectibles shop closed its doors forever, and their wednesday night comedy show, The Meltdown, was supposed to die with it.  BUT, Howard Kremer , AKA: Dragon Boy Suede and host of the popular Who Charted podcast on Earwolf, refused to let Wednesday night comedy die. He held his first "Squatmelt" stand-up comedy show in the parking lot of the closed comic book store the very first wednesday after the closure, and from that a whole new entity has grown.  Still held every Wednesday, the show has evolved into a walking comedy show where famous comedians like Matt Besser, Mike Hanford, Megan Beth Koester, Matt Braunger, and Steve Agee entertain audiences, and treat audiences to a delightful FREE adventure  that moves up and down the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Updated Website, take a look at my new art and writing samples!

Hey folks welcome back!  Been a few years since I last updated my website so please take a look at my new art and writing samples.   Read my newest 1/2 hour TV comedy pilot The Springs! It's 1999 in Austin, and Ellie has her first job: as a lifeguard at Dove  Springs Pool , with her sisters and some wild Austinites.  What could go wrong when teenagers and 20-somethings are in charge of an entire municipal facility? It's Superstore, The Goldbergs meet King of the Hill and Baywatch!

LARUNDA! New Texan tall tail tale!

I made my first short movie!   This short is my Pilot to my Texan Mermaid Television Series, Larunda, now available for optioning.   Watch it will ya? Especially you development executives... have I told you how flattering that outfit is on you today?   I completed my 29 minute Larunda in 4 months total by myself; from idea, to treatment, to script, to shoot, to post, to youtube release...  I just wanted to see if I really could make my own movie, with my own money, alone with NO crew , with my own original story, based on my own hometown Austin TX, with fictional characters I created... and it turns out...  I totally can!   Stay tuned for my next shorts, coming soon!
